Migrants arrive in Spain’s Canary Islands after being rescued at sea

More than 3,200 migrants were rescued in the first six days of November after crossing the Atlantic from West Africa to Spain’s Canary Islands, one of the world’s deadliest migration routes, putting pressure on reception and emergency services.
