Deadly DRC school fire prompts calls for safety reforms

A fire at a school in the Democratic Republic of the Congo killed 28 students and destroyed homes across a neighbourhood. Survivors are calling on authorities to strengthen fire safety measures and address unsafe construction in densely built communities. Alain Uaykani reports.
